Martin has over 38 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined Rose in 1984 and was previously President of Rose during its tenure as a residential home builder and developer.

Prior to joining Rose, he served first as Chief Financial Officer and, subsequently, Chief Operating Officer in a substantial builder/developer and drywall contracting company. Martin holds a CA designation and an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
