Francesco has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Rose in 2019, Francesco worked for the City of Toronto as the Asset Manager for Union Station.

Other past experiences include forecasting the Western Canadian housing construction activities for Dream Unlimited; analyzing the development of shopping centres across the GTA for SmartCentres; acting as master developer for multi-phased mixed-use revitalization projects for Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC); and advising on the acquisition and development of high-rise condominium and rental apartment building projects for Minto. Francesco is a CPA, CMA and holds a B. Comm. with a Major in Finance from Ryerson University.
