Paul spent 12 years with Hazelview Investments and its predecessor Timbercreek Asset Management, most recently as Executive Director overseeing all aspects of a $4.5B multi-residential investment portfolio. Paul joined Rose’s Advisory Board in 2024 with a focus on the growth and enhancement of Rose’s asset and investment management platforms. Paul is currently a partner in Front Street Development Group, and the CEO of Densifi – a GTA-focused multi-residential development firm.
